Our design process typically starts with the generation of specification documents for all aspects of the project, both technical and commercial. This ensures that we have the same mutual understanding of what is required.
The next step is to start the technical design. Depending on customer requirements, this may include feasibility studies before doing any detailed design. The customer is kept regularly updated on progress.
Product requirements can, and often do, change. This can be a consequence of changed customer requirements, technical challenges or a range of other causes. This calls for a pragmatic approach, and the specification documents may need to be updated during the design progress.
Product and certification testing can be provided as part of the design package.
We can also provide support and guidance on production manufacturing processes, and design production test equipment and jigs where these are required.
